Shenhav & Co. Successfully defended NTA – Metropolitan Mass Transit System Ltd. in an administrative appeal in the District Court of Tel Aviv
Shenhav & Co. recently represented NTA – Metropolitan Mass Transit System Ltd., a governmental company in charge of promoting the mass transit network in the Tel Aviv Metropolitan area, in an administrative appeal in the District Court of Tel Aviv.
The appeal addressed a tender for the procurement of a cloud-based electronic document management system (EDMS), published by NTA and written by the Shenhav & Co. team.
The appellant, an Israeli company whose bid in the tender was disqualified by NTA due to incompliance with the professional threshold requirements, challenged NTA’s decision, claiming that it was biased and based on wrong judgment.
The Shenhav & Co. team submitted a detailed response on behalf of NTA, in which all appellant’s claims were rejected. The team then appeared in court and presented NTA’s arguments, in a lengthy 4-hour court session before the honorable judge Dr. Kobi Vardy.
Following the hearing, the court rejected and dismissed the appeal in full.
