At Shenhav & Co., we put a special emphasis on recruiting top students and lateral attorneys and providing them with a state of the art comprehensive formal and informal training. Our firm recruits between two to three legal interns on a semi-annual basis, to join the teams operating in our corporate, high-tech and tax practice groups. These students come after completing their law studies at Israel’s top tier academic institutions, having excelled in their class and carefully picked upon applying to us.
Our firm maintains ongoing presence at Israel’s leading universities and academic centers, lecturing to students on internship possibilities and the legal career paths which lay ahead of them. We have close contacts with Career Development Centers operating in the country’s first-ranking universities, and take part in recruiting events conducted periodically.
We conduct an extensive seminar to new recruits on all aspects of the firm’s activities and practice areas. We encourage our professional staff to participate in academic programs, seminars and conferences and obtain an in-depth knowledge of the legal and business aspects concerning their day-to-day practice. We believe that such synergy is crucial in order to develop and maintain world-class professionals.
Shenhav & Co. ensures that junior staff members actively participate in meetings with clients and counterpart attorneys and engage in transactional work. Our team enjoys the firm’s unique position at the core of the Israeli high-tech industry, bridging between entrepreneurs to investors, start-ups and international financing institutions. These team members take active role in producing the overall professional counseling we provide our clients.
